The NSCR project, also known as the Clark-Calamba Railway, is a significant urban rail transit system currently under construction on Luzon Island in the Philippines. With a length of 147 kilometers (91 miles), the railway will run from New Clark City in Capas to Calamba in Laguna and include 36 stations and four services.

NSCR-Ex is a significant transportation infrastructure project in the Philippines aimed at improving connectivity and reducing traffic congestion in the Metro Manila region.
